Electronics Lab

The company has continuously upgraded its well equipped electronics laboratory, where the electronic modules and instruments are serviced. The rigged-up thyristor trigger test module helps to check the healthiness of the PCBs/ SCRs instantly. To meet the urgent requirements of our esteemed customers , there is a reserve stock of PCBs & essential spares, thus reducing the down time of their WTGs and minimizing generation losses.

Over time we have expanded our servicing capabilities extending to higher capacity variants of PCBs detailed as under

GE 1600kw, NEGMICON-NM 82/1650kw & NM 48/750KW, PIONEER WINCON P750/49, VESTAS-V 47/500KW & V27/ 225kw, MICON 400KW, Winwind and other variants (NEPC, VESTAS, AMTL, etc) of 250 kw capacity WTGs.

We also do servicing of sophisticated Electronic tools such as Alkitronic tool, T&B Crimping tool, High torque pump and further diversed to servicing of crane PCBs in house.

Our lab has also recently developed a new control system to test the entire nacelle of Vestas 225 KW WTG from our workshop itself.

For quicker service to clients based in Coimbatore region we have established one more electronics lab at Gudimangalam.
